We comply with the Data Protection Act 2017 (Mauritius). All personal and health information is handled confidentially, stored securely, and used only with informed consent. We will store your data for a minimum of seven years.
You may request access to your records, ask questions about how your data is used, or raise concerns with our appointed Data Protection Officer.
Before beginning any kind of therapy, you will be asked to complete an informed consent form. Depending on the activity, this may include an indemnity form. This ensures that:

We take all feedback seriously. If you have concerns about your experience, we encourage you to raise them. All complaints are welcomed and reviewed by our Clinical Director, managed in accordance with ethical and clinical standards so that we can further improve our practice.

Our practice is managed through a collaborative governance structure that includes licensed clinicians who also act as administrative leads. We are committed to continuous improvement, annual clinical audit, and multidisciplinary care planning.
We aim to provide safe, transparent, and accountable care for every client who we work with.
As a multidisciplinary team, we work collaboratively to support each client’s unique needs. With your consent, professionals within the team may consult each other to ensure coordinated care and better outcomes. You have the right to know who is involved in your care and to request a summary of your treatment plan at any time.
